Our Beginnings
House of Oyoko was founded by Evelyn Sarpong-Schulz, an internationally ISO 17024 certified trainer, coach, and consultant and ZPP §20 (Zentrale Prüfstelle Prävention - German Central Testing Center for Prevention) Certified Stress Management, Progressive Muscle Relaxation & Autogenic Training Expert
Born in Ghana and raised across Southern Africa, USA and Germany, Evelyn brings a global perspective shaped by lived intercultural experience combined with a strong understanding of German organizational realities.
Evelyn holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Organizational Communication, Sociology, and International Business Studies (USA) and an MBA (Master of Business Administration) from the UK and Germany.
With over 25 years of leadership experience in diverse global organizations including Target Corporation, PwC, Texas Instruments, and Teradata, she understands what decision-makers face when performance pressure meets cultural complexity: leadership friction, communication breakdowns, and stress-related productivity loss.
In 2023, she founded House of Oyoko to turn these insights into measurable results, combining certified programs with strategic partnership to strengthen leadership capability, diversity competence, and sustainable performance.

The name Oyoko originates from Ghana and is associated with the royal Oyoko Clan.
