MEET EVELYN
Evelyn Sarpong-Schulz. Founder & CEO.
Born in Ghana and raised across Southern Africa, the USA, and Germany, Evelyn brings a perspective that is genuinely global — shaped by lived intercultural experience and a deep understanding of what it takes to lead and perform in complex, multicultural environments.
She spent over 25 years in senior leadership roles at leading international organisations including PwC, Target Corporation, Texas Instruments, and Teradata before founding House of Oyoko in 2023 to turn that experience into lasting impact for others.
She holds an MBA from the UK and Germany, and a BA in Psychology, Organisational Communication, Sociology, and International Business Studies from the USA. She is internationally certified as a trainer, coach, and consultant (ISO 17024), and recognised by German Statutory Health Insurance as a ZPP-certified expert in Stress Management, Progressive Muscle Relaxation, and Autogenic Training (§20 SGB V).
She works bilingually in German and English — and leads a trusted network of specialist freelance trainers, coaches, and consultants who extend the depth and capacity of House of Oyoko's offer.
